 Beat Girl (1960)
Stars
the lovely Gillian Hills (also seen in Blow Up) as a
rebellious teenager who is jealous of her new French stepmother
and desperate to associate with beatniks.
She starts hanging out at Christopher Lee's sinister, sleazy
nightclub and is smitten by handsome singer Adam
Faith.
Her attempts to discredit her stepmother eventually lead to
murder. Pop star Adam Faith and the John Barry Seven sing five
forgettable songs including the title tune.
Released in the USA as Wild For Kicks.
