Muttering young color-blind and deaf deep-thinker Mickey Rourke is a two-wheeled legend amongst the kids in Tulsa. A heart-breaking, two-fisted street fighting philosopher king, although deaf as a beetle, Mickey can dispatch opponents with a single rev of his engine and is credited with ending all gang wars in town.

However, as local cop William Smith knows, he's also as mad as a sack of ferrets. So when Mickey - who's been whispering like a lunatic about fish in the local pet shop - decides to bust into the place and free the fish as an existential gesture, Smith takes the opportunity to step from the shadows and blow his biking brains out.
