The Seventh Sign (1988)
Demi Moore plays a young, unstable, and very pregnant woman.
Unbeknownst to her, he unborn child is "the seventh
sign" - a sign that the apocalypse is at hand. Apparently God
is pissed. He's lost hope in mankind.
Several "signs" have begun, and if the seventh and
final sign happens, the Earth will end. The story jumps all over
the globe and finally settles in California.
This film is a bit confusing at times with a little much
mumbo-jumbo about the Apocalypse, but it does become interesting
when in one scene, a pregnant Moore takes off her bathrobe,
revealing her naked frame (Her big belly is a prosthetic prop).
Jurgen Prochnow co-stars as the messenger of God.
