Bobby Rydell
Born Robert Ridarelli, Bobby Rydell was one of the 'Philadelphia
School' of singers promoted in the wake of Presley's success.
Recording for Cameo he had hits with Wild One (1960), Sway
(1961) and Forget Him (1963).
TRIVIA NOTE
The high school featured in the 1978 movie Grease was named in
his honor.
