This BBC series revolved around the (complicated) lives of a group of women working in an electronics factory in the north of England.

The show was written by Debbie Horsfield who would go on to write and produce Sex, Chips and Rock and Roll, The Riff Raff Element, Cutting It and All The Small Things. 

The theme music and incidental music was provided by New Order.
