Motorcycle cop Jesse Mach is badly injured in a crash, but after undergoing cutting edge surgery he joins forces with scientist and inventor Norman Tuttle who has created a super motor cycle called The Street Hawk. 

The mega-bike can travel at speeds of up to 300mph and is equipped with all manner of gadgets and gizmos purpose built for crime-fighting.
