Biggles

This children's action series followed the adventures of Air Police Inspector Bigglesworth, and was based on the famous stories by Captain W.E.Johns. 

The program had very traditional "goodies" and "baddies", with the goodies headed up by Biggles (Whiting) and his 'pals' Ginger (played by chart-topping pop star John Leyton) and Bertie (Drummond).
